Woman accused of selling marijuana

LAKE PLACID - A Lake Placid woman was arrested Feb. 5 on charges relating to sale of marijuana, according to an arrest report.Published: February 8, 2013
Sully Anne Lugo, 24, 367 Maclyn Circle, Apt. 8, was arrested by the Lake Placid Police Department and charged with distribution of marijuana, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of 20 grams or less of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested Lugo after serving a search warrant at her residence.
They found eight baggies containing marijuana, a glass pipe with burnt marijuana in the bowl, a scale, a container of marijuana stems and seeds, nine baggies with corners removed, 23 smoked marijuana roaches, a glass jar with marijuana residue and a list of debts owed and paid from selling marijuana, the report said.
Investigators also seized a cellphone with text messages from clients.
She was released from jail on Feb. 7 on $7,000 bond.
