Winning AP Fantasy 5 ticket to expire

AVON PARK - Someone picked the winning Fantasy 5 numbers on a ticket bought in Avon Park for the May 21, 2012 drawing.Published: November 14, 2012
But no one has yet come forward to claim the top prize of $106,051, according to the Florida Lottery.
The 180-day deadline to claim the top prize is midnight, Saturday.
The winning ticket was sold at La Preferida Market Deli, located at 1621 N. Lake Ave, the Florida Lottery reports.
The winning Fantasy 5 numbers for the May 21, 2012 drawing were: 04-06-10-13-24.
While any Florida Lottery retailer can validate the winning ticket, the Fantasy 5 top prize must be claimed at a Florida Lottery district office or at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
The Fort Myers district office serves Highlands County, but the Florida Lottery has district offices in Tampa and Orlando, which may be more convenient for residents here.
