Joel P. Bell, 31, 1313 N. County Road, 27, Lake Placid, was arrested Thursday in connection with burglaries of properties owned by his father, according to arrest affidavits.
He was charged with two counts of dealing in stolen property, three counts of third-degree grand theft, grand theft of a firearm, criminal mischief and two counts of burglary.
Items stolen included a boat motor, a television and an Xbox, the affidavit said.
