SEBRING A Sebring man was arrested Feb. 4 after a woman reported that he struck her in the face and pulled a 42-inch television on top of her, an arrest report said.

Heath Christopher Todd, 32, address unavailable, was arrested by the Highlands County Sheriff's Office and charged with aggravated battery.

The report said that the woman suffered "permanent disfigurement," after the television was pulled on top of her.

Deputies arrested Todd after the woman, Todd's live-in girlfriend, reported that Todd initially struck her in the face two or three times, the report said.

She said that after she went inside their residence, Todd "grabbed a 42-inch flat screen television from the wall and pulled it on top of her," the report said.
