Disputed Sebring wall begins to fall

SEBRING - After years of disputes between the city of Sebring and a property owner, work on removing a retaining wall that fronts on Orange and Center streets started this morning.Published: February 5, 2013
Most of the Orange Street portion was completed by 10:30 a.m.
The city and Gingerlee Mitchelllindo, the property owner, have been battling over the wall since 2009. The city contends the wall is on the city's right-of-way. Mitchelllindo maintains the city is violating her property rights.
