Daneill Leford Brown, 22, 4511 Cadagua Drive, Sebring, was arrested by the Highlands County Sheriff's Office Sunday and charged with criminal mischief, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies encountered Brown after receiving a report he was walking up Cadagua Drive yelling at a woman, and that he appeared to have a crack pipe and drugs, the report said.
When they searched him they found cocaine and drug paraphernalia, according to the report.
While in the patrol car, "he kicked the window area of the back door on the driver side" and he also began kicking about in the back seat of my patrol car and striking his head against the passenger-side window," a deputy wrote in the report.
As of press time Monday, Brown remained in jail, with bond set at $14,000.
