My husband who uses a wheelchair and I went shopping at Walmart in Avon Park on Wednesday, Sept. 21. After shopping, I helped my husband get into our van and put his wheelchair in the back.
Unfortunately, I drove home, forgetting to put my groceries in the van. When I went back to Walmart to look for my groceries, the cart was gone and so were my groceries.
I spent $72 of our Social Security checks for those groceries and it is difficult to think that someone would take them.
To the person who took them, if you are a decent person, please pay us the $72 or even half of it. You can contact me at 863-452-5982.
