SEBRING - A man thought to be missing returned home on Saturday morning.
Deputy Bobby Burch said the wife of Galen Swan, 1620 Palm St., Sebring, called police on Friday after her husband had been missing for 48 hours. She last saw him on Wednesday.
On Saturday, she called back and said her husband had been sleeping in a shed on their property in Jackson Heights.
"I want people to know it is not a requirement that people be missing for 48 hours before they call us," Burch said. "They can be missing for 5 minutes. It doesn't matter."
