Neighbor problems

I agree with Mr. Turberville. My companion of almost 21 years has two rental places that he can't rent because of two neighbors. They each have a lot of dogs in cages and the smell will knock you out. Plus the one neighbor also does mechanic work on other people's cars on our property, it is zoned residential.

Also the neighbors have complained over 17 times to code enforcement. I personally talked to code enforcement and they told me they had about 24 complaints in the same neighborhood and the same houses. They also told me that it could be two months before they could check it out because they only have one person to handle the entire county.

This place is a health hazard and when I lived in that area I couldn't have more than three dogs. Somebody has to do something. Guy Maxcy is the only one who shows any interest in helping with this problem. If it was in your neighborhood you would not like it at all.
