Fostering animals

Have you ever thought that you would like to do something good for the community but didn't know what? That was me. I finally found fostering for the Humane Society. What a good feeling it is to take in an animal that has little hope for a good life and see them flourish in a loving safe environment.
There is no expense on the fostering parent, just your time and love. By doing this loving act, we help out the Humane Society with its overcrowding animal population. But even more satisfying is the feeling of good that you have been a small part of this animal's journey to a better life. It has surely been very rewarding for me.
It's as easy as calling the local Humane Society and signing up. Many of our adoptable animals can be seen on designated Sundays at Petco.
