The following people were booked Tuesday, Nov. 24 into the Highlands County Jail:
Jeffrey Bransford Carper, 19, of 1701 Queen Ave., Sebring, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs.
Brenda Denise Lott, 50, of Sebring, on a charge of cruelty toward a child without great harm.
Rigoberto Luis, 33, of 320 Red Pine Drive, was recommitted and sentenced to 20 days in jail for driving while license is suspended, first offense.
Allan Roy Marasigan, 47, of Avon Park, on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Joseph Chase McClelland, 25, of 5916 Glenns Court, Sebring, on charges of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling while unarmed, grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and damaging property/criminal mischief.
Jesus Manuel Pineiro, 34, of 2004 Andalusia St., Sebring, on charges of resisting an officer without violence and battery on an officer.
Jacqueline Suzanne Plank, 18, of Palm Harbor, on a Pinellas County warrant charging violation of probation in reference to resisting an officer with violence.
Krystal Lashon Smith, 21, of 738 Denise Ave., Sebring, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to possession of a weapon on a school campus.
Lorenza Stevenson, 43, of 1426 Sunkist Ave., Sebring, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for knowingly driving while license is suspended or revoked, second offense.
