The following people were booked Tuesday, Nov. 17 into the Highlands County Jail:

Lynn Wayne Allen, 20, of 3525 S. County Road 17, Sebring, on warrants charging failure to appear for a pretrial conference on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

Chase Andrew Berish, 19, of 505 Mack Lane, Sebring, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Leroy Francione, 47, of 4556 E. Old Bombing Range Road, Avon Park, on warrants charging violation of probation in reference to possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.

Javier Garcia Hernandez, 54, of 548 Michigan St., Lake Placid, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), second or third offense.

Ashley Lynn Lawton, 20, of 3811 Youth Care Lane, Sebring, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for maliciously molesting a coin-operated machine, criminal mischief and resisting an officer without violence.

David Anthony Pearson, 42, on a Broward County warrant charging violation of probation in reference to possession of cocaine.

Jose Manuel Serrano, 20, of 4522 Minerva St., Sebring, on warrants charging failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nelson Torres, 43, of 2818 N. State Road 17, Sebring, on a warrantless violation of probation in reference to possession of cocaine.

Heather Lee Warren, 21, of 1016 S. Lake Anoka Blvd., Avon Park, on a warrant charging petty theft.
