The following people were booked Monday, Nov. 2 into the Highlands County Jail:

Derrick Javon Braswell, 27, of 316 E. Joe Hilton St., Avon Park, on a charge of retail theft of $300 or more.

Anthony Lewis Matthews, 20, of 1513 Queen Palm Ave., Sebring, on a warrantless violation of probation in reference to the manufacture, delivery or sale of marijuana.

Billy Joe McIver, 25, of 2203 Melody Ave., Sebring, on Glades County warrants charging grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and burglary of a structure or conveyance while unarmed.

Inez Michelle Orr, 48, of 1804 Roseland Ave., Sebring, on warrants charging violation of probation in reference to the sale, manufacture or delivery of marijuana, grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and uttering a forged instrument.

Joey Allen Puzynski, 18, of 866 Eucalyptus Ave., Sebring, on charges of grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling while unarmed.

Juan Carlos Ramos, 18, of Lake Placid, on a charge of battery, second or subsequent offense.

Tanya Renee Rogers, 28, of Zolfo Springs, on a charge of retail theft of $300 or more and a charge of violation of probation in reference to grand theft.

Shirley Anne Smith, 57, of 237 N. Lone Bay Blvd., Avon Park, was recommitted and sentenced to 10 months in jail for grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and uttering a false bank bill or note.

Kristin Marie Vesterman, 21, of 866 S. Eucalyptus St., Sebring, on charges of grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling while unarmed.

Joshua Montrell Wilson, 23, of Ft. Myers, on affidavits of violation of pretrial release on charges of grand theft of a motor vehicle, possession of burglary tools, burglary of a conveyance, two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary of a structure and three counts of criminal mischief.
