The Toby the Clown Foundation, Inc. in Lake Placid will be expanding to include a clown museum and library.

LAKE PLACID - Ground will be broken at noon Saturday, May 23, for Toby's Clown Museum and Library in Lake Placid.
Toby the Clown and local groups will be painting faces, sculpting balloons, dancing and playing games with children. The Boy Scouts will serve lunch to raise funds to connect the Scout House to the new Town of Lake Placid sewer system.
Visitors can tour the History of Clowning exhibit. Admission is free.
