SEBRING - Three post offices in Sebring and Lake Placid are hosting passport fairs on Saturday to remind citizens of the State Department's new passport rules.
The Lake Jackson post office, 907 U.S. 27 North, will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The downtown Sebring post office will be open from 9 a.m. to noon.
The Lake Placid post office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
After May 31, U.S. citizens must present a passport or travel documents to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda at land borders and sea ports.
Caribbean countries include Anguilla, Grenada, Antigua, Barbuda, Jamaica, Aruba, Montserrat, Bahamas, Netherlands Antilles, Bermuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, British Virgin Islands, St. Lucia, Cayman Islands, St. Vincent, Grenadines, Dominica, Turks, Caicos and Dominican Republic.

Customers can go to usps.com/passport and click on "Find the closest post office to submit your passport application." At the same Web site, they can see whether the local post office requires appointments.
