Gary Filip & Friends To Play At Dance Club
SEBRING - The Highlands Social Dance Club hosts ballroom dancing tonight from 7 - 9:30 at the Sebring Lions Club on Sebring Parkway.
Music will be provided by the party band Gary Filip & Friends.
Free ballroom dance instruction is available at 6:30 p.m.
All club dances are open to the public. Appropriate dress is required.
Admission is $5 for members and $7 for non-members.

Karaoke Planned For North Main Event
LAKE PLACID - The merchants on North Main Avenue in Lake Placid will be holding an event from 5 - 8 tonight.
The entertainment will be karaoke by Party Dog.
Several stores will be have later hours.
Sound Investment In Concert
SEBRING - Sound Investment, from Grace College in Winona Lake, Ind., will be in concert at 7 tonight at The Way Church. Sound Investment is a contemporary Christan vocal and instrumental group.
The church is now located at 1005 N. Ridgewood.
Interlake Merchants To Hold Street Party
LAKE PLACID - Merchants on Interlake Boulevard in Lake Placid will host a street party with music, food and sidewalk sales from 6 - 8 tonight.
A portion of Interlake Boulevard will be closed to permit pedestrian traffic and to accommodate special events. A motorcycle and motorsports display is planned this evening. Lake Placid area fire departments will have engines on the street, along with the Red Cross and ABATE.
Many merchants are planning sidewalk displays.

Breakfast Served At Sebring Mobile Estates
SEBRING - Sebring Mobile Estates, located off Kenilworth Boulevard, is serving breakfast from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. March 21.
The menu includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, sausage gravy and biscuits, orange juice and coffee.
LP Saturday Morning Market To Debut
LAKE PLACID - The first Lake Placid Saturday Morning Market will be held from 8 a.m. - noon March 21 at Stuart Park.
Vendors will be selling produce, plants, homemade breads, funnel cakes, wine, jams, pottery, jewelry and gator meat among other things.

County Libraries To Show Movies
SEBRING - The Avon Park, Sebring and Lake Placid libraries will be showing movies March 21. All three start at 2 p.m. and there is no admission charge.
The lineup includes: "Three Days of the Condor" at Avon Park, "Open Season 2" at Sebring and "Charade" at Lake Placid.
Block Party Set At Avon Park Church
AVON PARK - A block party will be held from 3 - 6 p.m. March 21 at Union Congregational Church, 101 Butler Ave., in Avon Park.
There will be children's activities and a live DJ. Entertainment will be provided by TJ and the Cruisers.

Highlands Chorale To Hold Spring Concert
SEBRING - Highlands Ridge Chorale's annual spring concert, "A Musical Potpourri," is set for 7:30 p.m. March 22 at St. John United Methodist Church, located on Grand Prix Drive, behind the Sebring Wal-Mart.
There will be something for almost every musical taste, including jazz, blues, songs from Broadway, as well as two dramatic selections with texts taken from the Hebrew Bible.
No ticket is required; the concerts are free. Donations are appreciated to help with expenses.
Trio To Perform At Tanglewood
SEBRING - A new trio called Cover to Cover will perform at 7 p.m. March 22 at Tanglewood.
Tickets are $10 and are available at the door. Doors and the snack bar open at 6:15 p.m.
Tanglewood is located one-half mile north of the Sebring Wal-Mart on U.S. 27.
