Highlands Ridge is bordered south and east by an orange grove that has developed into a major fire hazard. View for yourself by going to the intersection of Power Line Road and Martin Luther King Road. The orchard has not been a producer for a number of years. The trees are dead and the weeds between the rows are 3-4 feet high. One spark in this area would be disastrous.
