Why did you start the business?

I am passionate about nutrition and how it plays a vital role in achieving an optimal level of wellness.

Is there anything unique about your business that makes it different from the competition?

I use a highly individualized, integrative approach and allow plenty of time for clients to ask all their questions. I specialize in weight/loss management, GI disorders including: celiac disease, diverticulitis, diabetes and ADD/ADHD. I offer supermarket tours. When requested, I will make home visits.

What challenges do you face in business?

Letting people know that my services are available in Highlands County.

What do you like about your business?

I love to see clients' lives transformed through learning how to eat nutritious foods that are best for their body.
