To expand our customer base beyond our operations with Executive Catering at Sebring International Raceway.
Is there anything unique about your business that makes it different from the competition?
We don't try to be gourmet or over the top with dishes that people won't eat. Our focus is good, real food, served up quick by our servers.
What challenges do you face in business?
The usual things - rising food costs and finding good help that is committed to our goals.
What do you like about your business?
Our staff and our customers. With our location, we draw customers from different walks of live and have developed a good following.
