Why did you start the business?

He moved to South Florida and began purchasing surplus equipment, repairing and selling from his back yard. Then inventory grew to a fully equipped machine shop and warehouse in Miami.
Is there anything unique about your business that makes it different from the competition?
WM B Cresse sells new and used packaging and processing equipment for food, cosmetic and household products. There are competitors that purchase, rebuild and resell used equipment with a warranty. Most equipment dealers do not sell reconditioned with warranty.
What challenges do you face in business?
Working with customers that do not have any knowledge of their equipment.
What do you like about your business?
Besides relocating to Lake Placid, custom designing and manufacturing their conveyor system, along with consulting the customer in setting up their plant efficiency.
