SEBRING - Consistency has been the key to Candace Schepperle's success in the 54th annual Harder Hall Women's Invitational Golf Tournament.

The Auburn junior shot a 2-under 70 in Friday's third round for a three day total of 6-under 210. In second place at 212 after shooting a 73 is 17-year-old Jacksonville Bolles High School senior Amelia Lewis, who was the leader after Thursday's second round.

Tied for third at 214 is Cindy LaCrosse and Holly Clyburn. Whitney Neuhauser is at 215, while Jesscia Korda is at 216. The 72-hole event finishes on Saturday with tee times beginning at 8 a.m.

The leaders will tee off on the front nine around noon on Saturday and there is no admission charge to watch some of the best women amateur golfers in the country.
