To keep Americans in their homes nationwide, the true value of homes and the result of the many taxes heaped upon property owners must be a revised undertaking in the very near future. They must be revised.
The tax laws on property must be changed to favor ownership, not to discourage ownership. A big part of the housing problem comes from over-zealous public servants who wish to increase their own take home pay and not to the welfare of the public they serve.
The most important thing to a child is a stable home life, a roof over their head, and a full stomach; everything else is secondary. The nation is entering into a very serious depression, one that could overshadow the 1929 collapse and the tax laws on property are putting too heavy a burden on the public nationwide.
