Several weeks ago I read a letter that was printed by Jimmy Wohl pertaining to "Wise Conservation." I enjoyed reading his letter and wholeheartedly agree and support the method he suggested in his letter regarding "Conservation Easements."
During the past 20 years I have supported several environmental advocacy groups in an effort to save and preserve certain tracts of wildlife land and/or near extinct wild animals, birds and plants that are rapidly disappearing due to development of housing projects, shopping malls, super highways, etc.
Is there anyone who is concerned about all the animals, fish, small creatures and plant life that are destroyed? Also, the lakes and rivers that are destroyed or displaced? Since I left the crowded northern cities (Stamford, Conn., New York, N.Y., Harrisburg, Pa., Buffalo, N.Y.,) to come back to Florida, I have seen so much of the "natural beauty" of Florida destroyed, it makes my heart sad.
