While I consider our recent President George Bush to have been an overall great president, he goofed big time toward the end of his tenure. The container for the $900 billion economic recovery was so constructed that it was easy for the liberals to get virtually all of the recovery ingredients and fill the container with pork, except for a sprinkling of genuine recovery elements.
