America must recognize the fact that Mexico is in collapse.
It is controlled by war lords just as China was in the early 1900s.
The last 60 years have been very trying and costly for the United States. It has been a highway for illegal drugs and illegal movement of people into the United States, from all over the world.
We have troops on the ground all around the world to help those nations from killing each other, yet we are ignoring our neighbor to the south whose death rate is not acceptable; in fact, it is reaching into the United States.
The new administration can no longer ignore the problems in Mexico. We have sent millions of dollars into Mexico to no avail. The American people must demand that troops, not money, be placed in Mexico to bring about legal representation to the people.
If we cannot correct the mass killing next door, then it is useless to try elsewhere in the world.
