Man accused of exposing himself while driving

AVON PARK - Authorities say an Avon Park man indecently exposed himself to a car full of girls while both were driving down U.S. 27 near College Drive.
Arne Kenneth Jensen, 31, of 2305 N. Olivia Drive, Avon Park, was charged Sunday with lewd or lascivious behavior where the offender was 18 years of age or older and the victim was less than 16 years of age, a second-degree felony, and a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure in public.

Jensen was released from the Highlands County Jail Sunday on a $15,500 bond.

On Friday, Jensen allegedly drove alongside the girls and stared at them. One of the female passengers told authorities that he was also masturbating, according to the arrest report.

The suspect kept pace with the other car as he reportedly continued fondling himself.
Highlands County Sheriff's Deputy Richard Kilborn III served the warrant and made the arrest.
