The traffic problem at U.S. 27 and Flare road is obvious. If cars coming from Flare Road onto U.S. 27 would stop short of the Fountain Square entrance, it would allow traffic to easily enter and exit the plaza. A stop sign should be placed at the point to hold Flare Road traffic until the light changes. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
