SEBRING - Local law enforcement is still searching for a woman who was reported missing over two weeks ago.
Gayle Moran, 69, standing 5 feet 1 inch tall, was last seen on July 30 before family members reported her missing the following day, according to the Highlands County Sheriff's Office.
"Our search is nationwide," said Lt. Tim Lethbridge.
He added that they have talked with family members about possible reasons why Moran would have taken off, but did not wish to say what they specifically were.
She is believed to be endangered because of an undisclosed medical condition. Moran could be driving a red Nissan Murano with the license plate number T07-2XC.
Anyone with information about Moran's whereabouts should call Det. Anthony McGann at (863) 402-7250. Those who wish to remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward can call Heartland Crime Stoppers at (800) 226-TIPS (8477).
