This letter is in reference to the accident on Sparrow Avenue leaving Lakeshore Mall, after closing. I am the mom of the 17-year-old who had the accident on July 31, along with the four teenage friends he had riding with him. They were leaving the mall and ended up in a bad accident with his GMC Jimmy flipping upside down.

I spoke with the lady who called 911 and was able to thank her by phone. I know there were other people that helped at the scene, so to all the others that witnessed and assisted these teenagers I would like to thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart. God put angels with each one of them and kept them safe. Again, thank you for your kindness and caring that each of you provided; may God bless each and every one of you.
