The following people were booked March 30 into the Highlands County Jail:

Penny Arlene Abel, 38, of 45 Observation Ave., Lake Placid, on a charge of theft of more than $300, but less than $5,000.

Jimmy Dale Antley, 37, of Avon Park, on a charge of lewd or lascivious behavior by a person 18 years of age or older.

Darius Lamar Blackmon, 22, of 2046 Berkley Road, Avon Park, on charges of resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, loitering or prowling and violation of probation for the sale, manufacture or delivery of cocaine.

Jennifer Marie Dinatale, 36, 101 Eastview Road, Sebring, on a charge of possession of cocaine.

Jody Manvry Jolly, 20, of 201 Montego Drive, Sebring, on charges of fleeing or eluding police with disregard of safety to person or property, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, destroying, tampering or fabricating physical evidence, touching, striking or causing harm to a police or fire animal and possession and or use of narcotic equipment.
