You recently ran an article with an accompanying photo of a young man fishing off the City Pier. Granted, there is no swimming at the moment, but those in charge need to seriously re-think permitting fishing. If any hooks or similar tackle happens to get accidentally caught and lost in that area, it will be very dangerous when swimming resumes. Fishing shouldn't be allowed in a "swimming hole."
