I am so grateful to have met some really good people in Sebring this past year. First, John and Eilene Sala of the church named Little Lambs. They also minister and have classes for those in need, those who have addictions, and they try to help anyone who wants help. They are good Christian ministers. They go into jails teaching that there is hope, no matter what your past was like. They lead people to God. What a comfort it is to know these two.
Also, I wish to thank Ken Newman of Ken's Aluminum, here on U.S. 27 in Sebring. He does excellent work and he also is a man of God.
Then there is the Rev. Rhinehold Baxbawm, who ministers at a wonderful church located on Ridgewood Avenue, near C.R. 17. He and his wife are gracious, loving people. Their church is small but holds a lot of Christian power. I'm guessing it holds about 125 Christians every Sunday.
I met Jose Ray Gonzalez at Little Lambs. He has been a great help to my husband Joe and me. Here is a true man of God. He studied under the Sala's "Little Lambs Program," and he also talks to people who are hurting with addictions. He gives them hope and leads them to God.
I am so glad that we have got to meet these people; they are a blessing to us.
Reverend Katie Treadway, minister at Spring Lake Presbyterian Church, is a blessing. Also, Bill and Carol Meching who have Bible study in their home in the Spring Lake area. They too are a blessing.
