I have never seen the dirty, desperate smear campaign that McCain-Palin are running. McCain says he would freeze spending for a year; let me translate that for you. It applies to Social Security for one thing. He has been itching to get his hands on our Social Security for years. He plans to cut our benefits, cut the cost of living, raise the retirement age, privatize accounts again and invest it in Wall Street, in spite of what's happening now.

This is a page out of his pal Bush's playbook. While he's doing that he will be giving a tax break to his CEO buddies. This is a very wealthy man who relates to other wealthy people.

I got my information about Social Security from AARP and a column in this newspaper called the Savvy Senior; it was in the Sept. 24 issue. He keeps saying he will reform Washington and Wall Street; they are just words to get your vote. Where's his outrage over the $400,000 vacation trip AIG just took after bailout? Not a word from McCain. He has also stated that he hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim. In this last debate he looked like he had trouble walking or sitting.

For the newest smear on Obama they have chosen drugs. Those of you who can look up McCain's involvement with Keating there were drugs involved there, no one is squeaky clean. McCain's running mate wants to go on Saturday Night Live; she probably will because she treats this whole thing as a big joke and they won't ask her any questions there.

She's still under investigation, and if you vote for McCain and then something happens to him, she would automatically become president; no votes, it's the law. So please vote but vote wisely. God bless us all and help keep us safe.
