Fall 2008 Parade Of Homes Entries Announced

The 4,743 square foot Kennedy home from Indigo Builders of Lake Placid, Inc. will be showcased during the Highlands County Builders Association 2008 Fall Parade of Homes.

SEBRING - The Highlands County Builders Association 2008 Fall Parade of Homes will run from Oct. 17- 26.

The homes can be viewed from noon – 5 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 – 5 p.m. Sunday.

The entries in the Detached category include: Indigo Builders of Lake Placid Inc. with the Kennedy, Hornick Homes Inc. with the Alexandria and the Ravon, J & J Parker Enterprises Inc. with the Montgomery, Chapman's Construction Company Inc. with the Eagle, Upland Homes Inc. with Topaz II, Lomonico Contracting Inc. with Dakota II and Constructure Inc. with the Madison.

In the Attached category, the entries are: Trinity Development Corp. with the Key West, J.E. Futch Custom Homes Inc. with Hammock Falls, Carter Construction Company LLC with Shorewind Villas and Las Villas-Catalina.

The awards dinner will be held Oct. 16 at Trish's Paradise Grille, Highlands Ridge-South Course, 3455 Fairway Vista Drive, in Avon Park.

There will be a social hour with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar beginning at 5:30 p.m. Dinner is set for 6:30, with the program to follow at 7:15.

State Rep. Baxter Troutman, R. Winter Haven, will be the master of ceremonies.

The cost is $25 and includes two drink tickets.
