AVON PARK - Kysi Wooden and Brieanne Engel had 10 kills each, but the South Florida Community College volleyball team suffered yet another loss (13-25, 26-24, 16-25, 16-25) to St. Petersburg College at Panther Gym on Thursday.
"The score and results don't tell the whole truth of what transpired during the match," said SFCC head coach Kim Crawford. "The girls really played much better and took a really good team to four sets."
Sophomore Sheeva Noshirvan had 15 digs on the night for the Panthers.
SFCC was back in action on Friday against Florida College. They return to play on Thursday, when they travel to face Warner Southern.
