The use of American taxpayers' dollars to bail out Wall Street could and will put most of America's social programs in great danger. Social Security and Medicare, which all Americans rely on for most of their lives, could be in most danger. I would ask that all taxpayers ask for and demand that this bailout be cancelled by the next Congress and the new president elect.
Also the huge re-distribution of tax dollars to the top 2 percent of America's elite should immediately be cancelled. This eight year tax break should be recovered and put back into the general fund.
With the huge windfall to Iraq on its oil, its unfair price hike in a time of war should have to be repaid back to the American taxpayer. All tax breaks to oil companies during the past eight years should all be returned to the general fund. The Bush administration of the past years was illegal. It was not by electoral process, the Supreme Court appointed the Bush administration, overriding the will of the people. The electoral process was not allowed to work.
This bailout of the super elite has also gone against the will of the people. This can be cancelled by existing laws without going back through the voting process of Congress. There should be impeachment charges against all who violated their oaths of office in dealing with the American tax dollar. I would also hope the American voter would never vote for an incumbent in future elections.
