Why did you start the business?

I started the business to bring a good concept of sandwiches and cuisine to Sebring - affordable, healthier than fast food and most important - delicious.

Is there anything unique about your business that makes it different from the competition?

We are here to serve every type of customer, including someone who is on a diet and is looking for a Weight Watchers meal or the customer who comes in with a great idea, which we will most likely have it on the person's next visit. We are here to listen to our customers. We cater any event.

What challenges do you face in business?

Getting the community to come and give us a try. We are located on State Road 17 North next to the BP gas station.

What do you like about your business?

I finally own my own place and don't have to rent from anyone else and can really dedicate all my energy to my business.
