The American voter has just elected a freshman senator who has only served two years of his term, (a total of 143 working days) to be the president of the United States. The media is now in a frenzy of adoration. In the past you might have thought that coverage of John F. Kennedy and his family was overdone. "You ain't seen nuthin' yet." Already we are being inundated with Obama puppies, Oprah tears, grannie opinions, Kenyan hometown (when was he there, if ever) plans for the gala grand ball, and of course the ever-present "Change." We can only hope that the nation will endure this "hiccup" and continue to be "the greatest."
