Trade Delegation From Honduras To Visit SFCC's Hardee Campus

SEBRING — Florida's Heartland Rural Economic Development Initiative Inc., Hardee County Economic Development Commission and Chamber of Commerce and Highlands County Economic Development Commission are hosting an inbound-trade mission from Honduras on May 22 at South Florida Community College in Wauchula from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

A trade delegation from Honduras is seeking to purchase the following products from Florida companies and will meet with area business to establish trade relations: industrial lubricants, construction materials, electrical accessories and supplies, heavy construction equipment, beauty supplies and accessories, embroidering machines and supplies, paints and supplies for silk screen printing, hospital and medical equipment and disposable items, dry packaged food items, personal use disposable items.

Florida Foreign Trade Association (www.ffta.com) working in partnership with Enterprise Florida and its partners is featuring a series of inbound trade missions throughout the state of Florida under the 2008 TRADE-USA Program. TRADE-USA promotes American products and/or services as well as increases the international trade between USA and other countries through Inbound Trade Missions.
