Carroll Opens Lake Country Realty

LAKE PLACID – Jim Carroll has opened Lake Country Realty Inc., and is the broker/owner of the business.

"Whether purchasing or selling today, customers need the experience of seasoned agents to represent them and that is what I am going to do," Carroll said in a prepared statement. "Statistics say that over 85 percent of first contact from a customer to an agent is through the Internet. While this is true and I do that very well, it is what happens before and after that contact that really matters.

"Being an award-winning agent and broker for years locally, I am putting my talents back on the front line," he added. "I am going to personally represent my customers through every purchase and/or sale of the property."

Carroll's experience began in Palm Beach County. However, he has worked in Highlands County the past 10 years with a combination as a sales agent and as a owner/broker for seven years (Act Real Estate with offices in Lake Placid and Sebring).

After merging with Coldwell Banker Highlands Properties the past seven months, Carroll managed the company's two local offices.
