Tellschow Joins Lakeview Realty
SEBRING — Lakeview Realty Inc. announces that Sue Tellschow has joined the company.
Tellschow is a resident of Spring Lake, and has been involved in the sale and marketing of villas there for more than five years.
Before moving to Florida to be close to her daughters, she was a real estate broker in Chicago. She was a member of the Chicago Homebuilders Association, and she focused on the sale of new construction and condominium conversions.
Tellschow is known as "The Villa Specialist" around Spring Lake. The Lakeview Realty office has moved to the Spring Lake Golf Resort clubhouse.
"I know these villas inside and out," she said. "I sold many of them when they were first built. I've seen people buy units as investments and place them in the Spring Lake Golf rental program. Later they move here, and after a few years, they decide they want a larger home and put their villa on the market. So I've sold some of these villas several times."
Tellschow may be reached at 655-0007.
