What's in a name? This question appears to be the determining factor of who should be president of the United States in the upcoming election.
I've seen and heard people refer to Obama as a Muslim. My questions to these people do you or have you researched his background to make these assumptions? My first thought is no you haven't. You assume he is Muslim and you know what ass-u-me means.
My personal take on this is if Barack's name was George, John, Chester or Thomas there would be no question as to his background, but since he has the name of his African father and not that of a slave owner, then that makes him Muslim.
Well what does my name make me? As you can see I don't have a name that is common among Americans, but I was born and raised here in the United States by American parents.
A name doesn't determine who or what you are. That's just it, a name.
So for those of you that want at least four more years of being Bush-whacked, vote for John McCain, the man with the name you're all accustomed to.
