EAST LAKELAND - Sebring had the table set for a monster comeback.
Bases loaded with no outs and down 5-3, but the West Seminole squad came up huge defensively and Sebring scored just one run in that inning on their way to a 6-5 loss in the Dixie AAA (ages 9-10) state tournament final on Thursday.
Sebring rallied to tie the game at three on RBI singles by Connor Cook and Seth Cannady and a run-scoring walk by Jimmy Peck, but West Seminole came up with the big hits when then needed them the most, including a two-run homer by Payton Rigby to take the lead for good in the third.
