Time Channel Thinking

Likely time channel thinking is more pervasive and indelible than any other category of channel thinking.

How long would it take to build a three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two-car garage, cement block stucco house, move-in ready? Once each year contractors in Broward County would build such a house in one day. The house was then sold with the proceeds going to charity.

After World War I, the war to end all wars, the United States military was essentially dissolved. When World War II demanded that we re-arm promptly, a decade of re-arming was done within a year.

When Saddam Hussein ignited the oil wells in Kuwait, he and all the other intelligent time channel thinkers knew that it would require many years to extinguish all of the well fires. Innovative, non-channel thinkers changed the technology and extinguished all of the fires within a few months.

If innovative, non-time channel thinkers were given a chance, we could be totally energy independent in less than two years (sadly, many politicians do not want us to become energy independent, although they would not acknowledge it.) Excluding that which is self-contradictory, the human mind cannot conceive the impossible. Most of us have heard, "He tackled the thing that could not be done, and before we knew it, he had done it."
