In response to Marian Perrin's letter and in defense of Jim, Gulledge's letter referring to Sen. Barack Obama being a Muslim. Marian Perrin's wordy biography of Barack Obama life history did nothing to dispute Mr. Gulledge's assertion about Obama, nor did it do anything to show or contain any information about Obama's qualifications to be the President of our country.

Obama was elected to the Senate in Illinois, a state that has one of largest populations of Muslims in the country. Add to that the African-American vote in Illinois and you have the real reason why he was elected.

On another note it's almost pathetic that the Democratic Party has such a poor choice of candidates for the upcoming election.

They have John Edwards, an ambulance chasing lawyer who made his fortune litigating malpractice suits, thus helping to escalate your health insurance costs, absolutely no qualifications for president. Barack Obama, even with Marian's biography, certainly has no qualifications for the job, being erroneously elected to the Senate doesn't cut it.

Then you have Hillary Clinton bringing more baggage than United Airlines. Bill's lying and disgracing the office, the Rose Law Firm and White Water. Would she break down and pout if things didn't go her way? What would the news headlines be if Hillary would be elected? Maybe, "President Hillary Sends Husband Bill A Broad!"

As for Jerry Johnston, thank God you are no longer in the military. Personally I don't think Gen. Patraeus would want you to follow him anywhere. I assume the NG you so proudly display refers to the National Guard.
