Patriot Act

The Patriot Act has circumvented our basic rights. I personally have experienced the hand of the government from the local to the federal level. I for one have worked my butt off to accomplish my goals through legal means.
My own government has treated me with less respect than that afforded to illegal immigrants or newly arrived Cubans. I am waiting for them to knock my door down claiming I am a terrorist or I am plotting to overthrow. I would rather die than be treated with such disrespect from our overbearing, misled government!
I do have evidence to support these statements and hope that the local experts in this forum are able to come up with a more viable theory than paranoia or some other social disorder.
