The following people were booked Monday, Dec. 15 into the Highlands County Jail:

Lorisma William Desilus, 19, of 806 Boardman St., Avon Park, on charges of tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana with intent to sell or manufacture within 1,000 feet of a worship center, possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Ivey, 50, of Tampa, on a charge of driving while license is suspended, habitual offender.

Ronald Lamar Lockhart, 36, of 4524 Macro Drive, Sebring, was recommitted to prison for five years in reference to possession of methylendioxmethamphetamine and possession of cocaine.

Danny Ray Salzer, 42, of 3216 Baxter Ave., Sebring, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to cultivation of marijuana.

Daniel Gil Valle, 52, of Belle Glade, was sentenced to four years in jail for the manufacture of marijuana and trafficking in marijuana.
