KISSIMMEE - Darius Bentley took the opening kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown and returned a punt 80 yards for a score to lead Liberty past Lake Placid 33-7 in preseason football.
The Green Dragons, who dressed only 27 players, were overmatched and advanced the ball into Liberty territory just once, early in the fourth quarter when tailback Chevontray Wilson took a handoff 70 yards inside the Chargers five-yard line.
Wilson finished with 69 yards on seven carries.
Liberty led 19-0 at the half and scored to open the third quarter to break the game open.
Navahri Holden scored for Lake Placid on a five-yard run.
