We have been residents of Highlands County for over 35 years and have traveled many miles to find a restaurant dedicated to consistently excellent food, service and ambiance. We are delighted to share our good fortune with all of you who also desire those qualities and so much more in a restaurant.

Yiannis Prime Choice restaurant has been conveniently located in the Fairmount Cinema Square in Sebring for two years. The owners, Yianni and his wife Mary, and their friendly dedicated staff deliver in abundance and at reasonable prices.

A trip to Yiannis begins outside with a whiff of the wood fire open pit grill. They only use hickory, oak, and citrus logs which gives their food a wonderful aroma and flavor. Inside, you are greeted by one of the owners or a friendly hostess who ushers you to one of their decorated themed rooms such as the Ball Room, Golf Room, Music Room, or Gold Room which are clean and spacious. Adding to the relaxing atmosphere is live music every day except Sunday. The tables are uniquely covered with white linen and butcher-block paper and the silverware wrapped in a large cloth napkin.

We have tried several of the ample offerings from their menu and daily specials including the steaks, seafood, chicken, ribs, lamb, and quail and have never been disappointed. Obviously, they only serve a top quality product. The salad with blue cheese crumbles, which is included with your entree, is usually hand-tossed table side and mixed with your choice of their special balsamic vinaigrette or ranch dressing. They also have a full bar to compliment your meal. If you still have some room left after your entree, they offer a nice variety of delectable desserts.

This is not your typical franchise chain restaurant but a "hands-on" restaurant where the owners are always available to oversee their pride and joy seven days a week. Once you give them a try, we're sure you will return.
