Democrat Barney Frank, homosexual congressman from Massachusetts, has come out to discriminate against the "transgender" wing of the party. The issue is the Employment Non-Discrimination Act that Frank is promoting which would ban workplace discrimination against gays, lesbians and bisexuals but not transgender.
Transgender is an umbrella term that covers transsexuals, cross-dressers, she-males and others who do not match their gender at birth. Any omission would, of course, be discriminatory and hypocritical.
Democrats and Frank are willing to show bigotry and intolerance here because of fear the bill might not pass with everybody included. Where is the party of "anything goes?" Wouldn't it be best to include everybody and let the Republicans, who think some things are wrong, vote it down?
Shame on Barney Frank, who several years ago survived a scandal when his live-in boy friend ran a prostitution ring out of Frank's Capitol Hill apartment. Frank testified that he never knew that anything was going and only received a reprimand by the House of Representatives.
